Frances is a very sweet little girl. Frances loves human attention, and LOVES dogs and other nice cats. Frances would prefer a quiet home with no small children and not a lot of commotion. Frances is about a year old. Frances needs to go to a home with another feline, or a nice dog. This cat is up to date on all medical for 1 year.
